1. Agreement. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on EcomStudio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our linked policies (Refund, Shipping, Affiliate, and Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, and billing information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Orders and acceptance. Browsing and adding items to a cart are free; your lifetime supplier access package must include the catalogs in your order. Legacy members retain their existing access. Product and shipping costs are separate. Adding an item does not reserve it. We confirm availability and arrange payment on WhatsApp. We may cancel or limit orders before dispatch due to stock, pricing errors, fraud indicators or suspected policy violations.

4. Pre-shipment approval. We send a video of the order before dispatch. Review it and tell us promptly if something looks wrong. Approval or dispatch does not waive rights concerning damaged, defective, missing or materially incorrect goods under applicable law or payment-provider rules. See our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in US dollars and shipping is a flat $15.00 per order. The separate Club membership is paid online via PayPal; no payment for catalog products is collected on ecomstudio.store. Do not enter card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords into our order form. Once we confirm your product order on WhatsApp we will tell you the total and available payment methods. Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Your bank, payment provider or destination customs authority may charge additional fees.

6. Disputes. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at ecomstudio9@gmail.com so we can investigate. You may also exercise any rights you have under your payment provider's rules or applicable consumer law. Where an account is used for documented fraud or abuse, we may suspend it and decline future orders.

7. Shipping and delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs and weather delays can occur. Contact us if your order is lost or arrives damaged. See our Shipping Policy for full details; applicable consumer rights are not waived.

8. Account conduct. We may suspend accounts used for documented fraud, abuse or violations of these terms. This does not remove any applicable rights concerning paid orders or Club membership.

9. Changes to terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing terms and contact. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EcomStudio operates. For questions about these terms, email us at ecomstudio9@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a clear description of your question.

11. Brand names and trademarks. EcomStudio is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or manufacturer named on this website. Brand names, model names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the style, model or category of an item. Brand names are used only to identify the style or product that inspired an item. EcomStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands.
