1. Agreement. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on EcomStudio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our linked policies (Refund, Shipping, Affiliate, and Privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for providing accurate account, shipping, and billing information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Orders and acceptance. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is submitted when you complete the order form and your details are sent to our team on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders before dispatch due to stock, pricing errors, fraud indicators, or suspected policy violations. Final acceptance happens when we confirm the order with you, receive payment, and send your pre-shipment confirmation video for approval.

4. Pre-shipment approval. Before we dispatch your order, we will send a video showing the exact item(s), packaging, and condition. You must review and approve the shipment in writing. If you do not approve, notify us immediately. Once approved or after 7 days of silence, the order is considered accepted and prepared for dispatch. After dispatch, the sale is final.

5. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in US dollars and shipping is a flat $15.00 per order. No payment is collected on ecomstudio.store and we never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or banking passwords on this website. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp we will tell you the total and the payment methods available. Orders are only prepared after payment is confirmed; unpaid orders are cancelled. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or the destination country's customs authority.

6. Disputes. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first at the email or WhatsApp number published on this site so we can investigate. Most issues are resolved quickly. These terms do not limit any rights you may have under the rules of your payment provider or under applicable consumer law. Where an account is used for repeated fraudulent or bad-faith disputes, we may suspend it and decline future orders.

7. Shipping and delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Account conduct. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated payment disputes, or violations of these terms. Suspended accounts may lose access to affiliate credits and pending orders without compensation.

9. Changes to terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Brand names and trademarks. EcomStudio is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or manufacturer named on this website. Brand names, model names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the style, model or category of an item.
