Shipping Policy
Flat-rate worldwide shipping — every order includes tracking. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days with full tracking. During busy periods, slight delays may occur.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours before shipping. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery estimates
Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Rest of world takes 8–15 business days. Estimates only — not guarantees.
Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. Tracking numbers are generated a few days after payment. Shipping updates begin once the parcel reaches the destination country or is processed by the logistics provider.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We cannot change the address after dispatch. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense or forfeited according to our refund policy.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide at a flat $15 rate. Every parcel includes tracking regardless of destination.
Full policy
1. Order processing. Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is fully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping rates. Flat rate of $15.00 USD applies to all destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the rest of the world. Every shipment includes tracking.
3. Tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are generated a few days after payment. Shipping updates begin once the parcel reaches the destination country or is processed by the logistics provider. Early scans may not appear immediately.
4. Delivery estimates. US, Canada, UK, and Australia: 8–12 business days. Rest of world: 8–15 business days. Remote locations, customs holds, and carrier delays can extend delivery times. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
5. Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and a full unboxing video. Claims without photo or video evidence cannot be processed.
6. Shipping methods. We use reputable carriers selected based on destination and service availability. All shipments are tracked. We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute shipping methods at no additional cost to ensure safe delivery.
7. Address changes. Address changes must be requested before the order ships. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed and the order will proceed as originally entered.
8. Policy changes. We may update this shipping policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
