How long does shipping take?
US, CA, UK, and AU orders arrive in 8–12 business days. Rest of world 8–15 business days. Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged-in-transit claims, which must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our studio partners. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned in.
How do I file a damage claim?
Use the File a Claim page within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
Is my payment information secure?
Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — join the Affiliate program for up to 50% commission, and use a creator code for a discount on your first order.
