What the membership is

EcomStudio Club is a one-time, lifetime membership that unlocks the ability to submit orders on EcomStudio. It is a service access fee, not a product purchase and not a store credit.

Creating an account, browsing catalogs, searching, comparing and saving products remain free and do not require a membership.

What it does not include

The membership fee does not include the price of any product, shipping, duties, or taxes. Those are quoted and paid separately for each order.

Membership does not guarantee stock availability, a specific delivery date, or the ability to source any particular item.

Payment and refunds

The membership fee is charged once and is non-refundable, including if you never place an order. This is consistent with our all-sales-final policy.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. EcomStudio never stores your card details.

Duration, transfer and termination

A lifetime membership does not expire and does not renew. It is personal to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

We may suspend or revoke a membership without refund for fraud, chargebacks, abuse of staff, or attempts to resell or automate access. Where a membership is revoked, the reason is recorded on your account.

Changes to the programme

We may change the membership price or benefits for future members. Changes never reduce the core benefit already paid for by existing members: the ability to place orders.
